In spring 2015, the Nike Tech Pack collection returns in its latest form, Nike Tech Aeroshield, to provide a featherweight barrier between athletes and their temperate surroundings. Since its introduction in fall 2013, the Nike Tech Pack collection has been a pillar of innovation, helping define the intersection of sport and style. With the colder part of the year as the original inspiration, Nike Tech Fleece fabric combined the classic uniform of sport and a pioneering construction method to create the ultimate warm and lightweight apparel solution.

The second Nike Tech Pack collection featured products created using Nike Tech Hyperfuse construction, a lightweight and breathable solution to the summer’s unbearable heat. With the two extremes in temperature covered, the cooler in-between months have previously remained unsolved.

When worn in balmy climates, many jackets cling to the wearer and become very uncomfortable. As the latest innovation of the Nike Tech Pack collection, Nike Tech Aeroshield technology features internal flocking nodes that work mechanically to maximize space between the garment’s outer shell and the wearer’s skin. Combined with Nike Tech Aeroshield’s laser-perforated ventilation, the flocking allows air to circulate more freely, helping to continually keep the wearer cool and comfortable. The garment’s shell is crafted from a high denier, woven nylon, which provides a light, comfortable and breathable solution to traditional nylon construction.

Nike’s most lasting apparel silhouette, the Windrunner jacket, was designed with the intent to keep athletes dry in cold, rainy conditions. As this season's key style for men, the Nike Tech Windrunner featuring Nike Tech Aeroshield technology adds a water-resistant yet breathable chapter to the Windrunner legacy. 

This season’s key women’s style to feature Nike Tech Aeroshield, the Tech Moto Jacket, expands on the Nike Tech Cape silhouette, which first debuted in the fall 2013 Nike Tech Pack collection. Building on the highly favored Nike Tech Cape drop tail, the Nike Tech Moto Jacket returns to a traditional centralized zipper and kangaroo pockets. From there, a packable hood and articulated sleeves were added to allow unimpeded movement for the athlete in motion. Finally, an extra-large chest zipper pocket offers ample storage space.
